William "Bill" Maxwell Glassburn, 86 of Iliff, Colorado passed away Thursday, June 2, 2022. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 7 at Sunset Memorial Gardens with Pastor Michael Young officiating.

William was born June 8, 1935, in Sterling, Colorado to Maxwell and Rose (Henthorn) Glassburn. He attended school through the 8 ^th grade. Bill was a lifelong farmer and rancher. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and often took trips with his brother Bob and his friends. He also enjoyed operating a backhoe. Bill's lifelong dream was to be a fireman and he loved collecting fire memorabilia.

Bill was always faithful at helping around the farm and taking care of his parents when they no longer could care for themselves. He loved John Deere tractors and his cattle.

He is preceded in death by his parents Maxwell and Rose Glassburn.

Bill is survived by his brothers Robert (Kathy) Glassburn and Delbert (Kathy) Glassburn; sister Delores Smith and numerous nieces and nephews.
