Willa Ann "Dollie" Knudson, 74, of Sterling, died Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, in Sterling. Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Young officiating. Cremation was chosen. Inurnment will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Haxtun Cemetery.
Mrs. Knudson was born April 11, 1934, to John and Lillian (Sharp) Turner, in Sterling. She attended Sterling schools.
She was married three times.
Mrs. Knudson worked at Ben Franklin, Woolworths, Neatex, Trinidad Bean and Devonshire Acres through the years.
She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was very devoted to God, reading her Bible daily.
Mrs. Knudson is survived by her daughters, Diane L. Loft and husband Bill, and Jackie K. Decker, all of Sterling, and Terri L. Decker of Padroni; sister, Shirley Gertner and husband Mike of Sterling; grandchildren, Stacey and Jeff Loft; great-grandchildren, Ashley, Tara, Zach, Kylie, Haylie, and Kayla; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Lillian; and brothers, Gilbert, Bob and Tommy Turner.
Memorials may be made to the Willa Knudson Memorial Fund.
