Vivian Irene Moffitt, 82, formerly of Fleming, died Wednesday, July 20, 2011, in Boise, Idaho. Visitation will be from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, July 24, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Fu-neral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, July 25, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Burial will be at Riverside Cemetery.

She was born Jan. 13, 1929, in Mattoon, Ill., to Marvin and Odell (Breckenridge) Walker.

Mrs. Moffitt lived in Fleming for 45 years, until 2007, when she moved to Boise, Idaho, to live with her daughter, Marcia Fackrell.

She worked at the Wal-Mart store in Sterling for 29 years until she retired in 2006. Among her many coworkers and friends in Sterling were her cousin, Arlene Loose and husband Bernard Loose.

Mrs. Moffitt is survived by her daughter, Marcia K. Fackrell and husband Jerry; and her son, William "Bill" Moffitt and wife Tonya, all of Boise, Idaho; 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband of many years, Wiley C. "Bill" Moffitt; and daugh-ter, Sharon Vasquez.
