Tim Clevenger, 51, of Crook, died June 4, 2011, in Crook. Closed casket services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, June 11, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Interment will be at Haxtun Cemetery.
He was born Nov. 2, 1959, in Denver to Richard L. and Norma Jean (Bodewig) Clevenger. He graduated from high school.
Mr. Clevenger farmed and ranched in the area.
He was a member of the Crook Volunteer Fire Department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trapping and collecting coins and arrowheads.
Mr. Clevenger is survived by his father, Richard L. Clevenger of Crook; daughter, Grace Franke and husband Van of Sterling; son, Cleo Clevenger of Crook and fiancee Mainie Pickens; sisters, Terrie Wilder and husband Fred of Keenesburg, Mary Ann O'Brien and husband Patrick of Littleton and Linda Clevenger of Bridge City, Texas.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Norma Clevenger.
Memorials may be made to the Crook Volunteer Fire Department.
