Shirley L. Crow, 81, of Crook, CO passed away on Oct. 18 in Sterling. Memorial service will be held at ll:00 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. James R. Nash officiating. Services to conclude at the church.

Shirley was born Oct. 4, 1935 in Bayard, Nebraska to Henry and Marie (Robertus) Hass, Jr. She was a graduate of Bridgeport Nebraska High School, Northeastern Jr. College and Chadron State College in Nebraska. She was an elementary school teacher in Peetz and Sterling. Shirley married Roy Crow on August 17, 1983 in Greeley. They were married for 33 years.

Shirley enjoyed gardening, studying history, quilting, and reading. She was a teacher to many students and was blessed with many friends. Her generous ways helped to bring happiness to those who knew her.
She is survived by her husband Roy; sons Bill Hawkins and wife Missy, and Mark Hawkins and wife Andrea; brothers Elmer Hass and wife Mary; Jim Hass and wife Bette; sisters Dorothy Luft, Jerre Terwilliger and husband Terry; Janice Cain and husband Steve; 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
