Sheryl Anne Wagner, 79 passed into eternal life on Monday, August 1, 2022, in Sterling, Colorado. She dearly loved her family. At her request, no services will be held.

Sheryl was born in Sterling, Colorado on July 22, 1943, to Arthur and Georgia (Thompson) Wagner. Sheryl was a graduate of University of Northern Colorado, Greeley, Colorado, and was employed for 32 years as an elementary school teacher in Sterling RE1 Valley District; 3 years at Crook Elementary School, and 29 years at Campbell Elementary School in Sterling.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her older brother David.

Sheryl is survived by her brother Patrick (Cindy) Wagner of Haxtun, CO; nephews Aaron (Michelle) Wagner, Nathan Wagner and Damien (Kamie) Wagner; niece Mariah Wagner (Tyler); sister-in-law Ardis Wagner; of Culbertson, NE; great nieces and nephews Amberly (Cody), Valarie, Trenton, Daphani, Troidon, Krissy (Jesse), Kaden, Kaylee, Kelton, Korbin, Atticus, Shelby, Greysen, Zavian, Zailen, and great-great niece and nephews Barrett, Ivy, Abram.
