Sandra Lee Schroeder, 82 of Sterling passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023. A celebration of Sandra's life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, February 18, at Sterling Berean Church with Pastor Daniel Holsten officiating. Sandra was laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.

Sandra was born September 24, 1940, in Norristown, Pennsylvania to Robert Rink Buswell and Hazel (Albright) Buswell.

Sandra graduated from North Penn High School in Lansdale, PA in 1958. Sandra moved from Pennsylvania to Colorado in 1982 and to Sterling in 2001. She was a homemaker, and she enjoyed sewing, gardening, and bible studies.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Sandra is survived by her son Nelson (Christy) Schroeder of Sterling, CO, daughter April Nilsen of Kansas City, KS; 4 grandchildren, Danielle (Sam) Stelzer of Severance, CO; Jessica (Dan) McCombs of Greeley, CO; Jacob Schroeder of Ft. Collins, CO and Corinne (Cody Lee) Nilsen of Kansas City, KS and 5 great grandchildren, Elliott Stelzer, and Arthur, Wesley, Callan, and Hattie McCombs.
