Ramona Sue Karg, 73, of Sterling, CO went to be with Jesus surrounded by her family on January 4, 2018 in Greeley, CO. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 13, at the First Baptist Church in Sterling, CO with Pastor Dale Pierce officiating. The service will conclude at the church.

Ramona was born January 28, 1944 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Roy and Florence (Ostrander) Hebbert. Her family moved to Ashby, Nebraska where she loved playing in the blowouts of the sand hills with her siblings. When Ramona was 10 years old her family moved to Sterling where she graduated from Sterling High School in 1962. She then attended Business College in Denver.  She married Don Karg on September 20, 1964 and started her most important career of raising their three children.  She later worked in Home Health and Medical Records at Sterling Regional MedCenter.  Following her retirement her primary focus was caring for her mother and father-in-law. She was a member of First English Lutheran Church.

Ramona attended the Brown Bag Bible Study and enjoyed reading, sewing, and drawing. She loved being with her children and grandchildren.  She will be most remembered by her selfless acts, generosity, honesty, and kindness.

She is survived by son, Kevin (Yvette) Karg of Sterling, CO; daughters Tracy (Jim) Yahn of Sterling, CO and Sammie (Donn) Nolin of Yuma, CO; brother Raymond (Karen) Hebbert of Eaton, CO; sisters Carol Hebbert of Sterling, CO, Ellie Goorman of Aurora, CO, and grandchildren Josh, Jordan, Karah, Delaney, and Khloe Karg, Hannah and Austin Yahn, Ryan and Reagan Nolin.  She is preceded in death by her parents.
