Pauline Kay Lei, 85, of Julesburg, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2024, in Greeley, CO. Viewing will be held from 12:00-4:00 p.m., Thursday, January 2, at Halouska Family Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 9, at Sunset Memorial Gardens in Sterling, CO with Pastor Allen Harris officiating.

Pauline was born April 16, 1939, in Julesburg, CO to Edwin Watson and Gladys (Thompson) Watson. She attended school in Crook, CO, where she completed the 11th grade. She worked at Jolly Rancher Candy Manufacturing for 22 years. Pauline married Gerald Dean Lei on June 2, 1957, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Julesburg, CO.

Pauline enjoyed doing yard work, planting flowers and being outdoors with her husband. She loved her kids, grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed talking with them and having them around her. Pauline had a long battle with cancer.

She is preceded in death by her husband Gerald D. Lei, grandchild Alex Lei, brother Clifford Watson and sister Gleva Stockham.

Pauline is survived by her sons Gary D. Lei of Julesburg, CO, Edward A. Lei of Commerce City, CO, Brian E. Lei of Sterling, CO, and  Daniel R. Lei of Julesburg, CO; daughter Paula K. Cornett of Julesburg, CO; sister Claira Stusman of Loveland, CO; grandchildren Jessica Harper of Bon Aqua, TN, Travis Lei of Cheyenne WY, Trevor Lei of Chappell, NE, Troy A. Lei of Queens Creek, AZ, and Jakob Lei, of Grand Junction, CO, and 9 great grandchildren.
