Obituary

Paul Fritzler, 86 of Sterling, passed away on June 7, 2016 in Sterling. Graveside inurnment will be 2 pm Fri., June 10th at the Riverside Cemetery with Rev. James Nash officiating.

Paul was born June 29, 1929 in Sterling, CO to Fred Sr. and Mary Albrandt Fritzler. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953. He worked many years at the U-Save Grocery store and the Grocery Kart. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church, the American Legion Post 20 and the BPO of the Elks. Paul especially enjoyed fishing.

Paul is survived by his son Jim Fritzler and wife Betty of Evergreen, CO; daughter Pam McPherson and husband Jerry of Yuma, CO; grandchildren Jeremiah Lungwitz and wife Jackie of Yuma, CO, Josh Lungwitz and wife Hannah of Yuma, CO, Mary Elizabeth Fritzler of Pittsburgh, PA, and Krisi and Nathan Klein of Windsor, CO; 8 great grandchildren and sister Irma Hellmuth of Ft. Morgan, CO.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Fred Jr., Harold, Hank, Harry, Alex; infant sister Catherine and his sister Emma Schlueter.

Contributions may be made in Paul's memory to the American Legion Post 20 in care of the funeral home.
