Paul David Bailey, 45 of Sterling, passed away Sat., Aug. 27, 2016 in Sterling. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Merino Cemetery at 11:00 am with a gathering to follow at the Merino Community Center on Sat., Sept. 10, 2016.
Paul was born April 15, 1971 in Denver, CO to Alan and Mabel Vigil Bailey. He graduated from Sterling High School in 1989. Paul lived in the Sterling and Merino areas all his life.
He married Traci Lanae Langridge on March 8, 1996 in Sterling, CO. Paul worked as a cook in the food industry thru the years. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, collected movies and rebuilt and worked on cars.
Paul is survived by his wife Traci Bailey; son Luke Bailey; daughter Nicole Bailey and fiancé Gerald Baca all of Sterling; grandmother Ruby Vigil; aunts Paula Vasquez and husband Val, Sue Montoya and husband Andy, Sara Vigil; uncles Nick Vigil and wife Linda, Eugene Vigil and wife Pat, Robert Vigil and wife Mary, and Harold Vigil; one grandson Levi Lei; father-in-law Bill Langridge; sisters-in-law Teressa Langridge, Tiffany McCook and husband Brandon; brother-in-law Tim Langridge and wife Daycia; and numerous cousins and other relatives.
He was preceded in death by his parents, grandfather Ruben Vigil, half brother Jerry Bailey, uncle Ruben Vigil, Jr, cousin Nicole Bender.
