Patricia Ann Tadolini, 81, of Sterling passed away Sat., Jan. 3, 2015 in Sterling. Visitation will be from 10 am to 6 pm Wed., Jan. 7 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with family receiving friends from 4 pm to 6 pm. Funeral services will be at 10:30 am Thurs., Jan. 8 at the Berean Church with Pastor Dan Holsten officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

Patricia was born on July 25, 1933 in Peetz, CO to Leonard Howard and Marie Eva (Sindt) Vallier. She attended school in Peetz. She worked at Stickneys in Sterling following graduation.

On November 16, 1952 she married Silvan Tadolini in Sidney, NE. They lived in the Padroni, Peetz, and Merino communities until retiring to Sterling in 1991.

Pat enjoyed garage sales, was an avid reader, and prior to her stroke in 2012 was seen on a regular basis visiting the residents at Devonshire, Sterling Living Center, Bee Hive and the Legacy. Her compassionate heart touched many lives and she was always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need. She loved talking on the phone to friends and family and keeping up-to-date with everyone's activities.

Pat is survived by her husband Sil; children Sylvia Gertge and husband Don of Sterling, Dick Tadolini and wife Jeannie of Morrison, Sherrie Alexander and husband Terry of Akron; grandchildren Shannon Lange and husband Jim, Brandy Kuhns and husband Andy, Toby Gertge and wife Katherine, Becky Tadolini; great-grandchildren Coleman, Cooper, Alaina, Madison, and Ella; step-grandchildren Terry Gertge and wife Donella, Kristen Gertge, Trent Alexander and wife Jaynae, Casey Goble and husband Curt; step-great grandchildren Katelyn, Trace, Karlye, Kendal, Cyle, and Crysten; "adopted" grandson Michael Hart; sister Jane Heimbegner; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son Gary Tadolini; granddaughter Tara Gertge; brother Henry Vallier; and sisters Helen Vallier, Frances Armstrong and Vera Gillham.
