Patricia R. Gooden, 79, of Sterling, died March 16, 2007, in Sterling. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 29, at First Christian Church with the Rev. Thomas Gosser officiating. There was cremation.
Mrs. Gooden was born Sept. 7, 1927, in Okarche, Okla., to Kenneth and Roberta (Crowe) Calloway. She graduated from high school.
She married Richard Gooden. She was a foster parent.
Mrs. Gooden is survived by her daughters, Linda Woodman of Denver and Susan Armstrong of Fleming; son, Steven Gooden of Sterling; 11 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Gooden; daughter, Becky Troxell; son, Bruce Gooden; granddaughter, Amanda Gooden; and son-in-law, David Woodman.
Memorials may be made in memory of Patricia Gooden in care of Sue Armstrong, 38469 C.R. 26, Fleming, CO 80728. Chaney-Reager Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
