Norma Marie Timmerman, 93 of Sterling, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023.Viewing will be held from 1- 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 6 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with family to receive friends from 4 - 6:00 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, October 7 at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. James R. Nash officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Norma was born December 11, 1929, in La Crosse, Kansas to John Simon Peiffer and Blanche Ann (Dinkel) Peiffer. She married Harvey Morris Timmerman on August 28, 1949, in Brighton, Colorado at Zion Lutheran Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Harvey, her parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, daughter Patricia and 2 great grandchildren.

Norma leaves behind her daughters Cynthia (Dewey) Perankovich, Linda (Gerry) Gann, and Victoria (Michael) Wold, 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
