Nancy Patten Nancy Rosella Mae Patten, 67, of Sterling, died Feb. 17, 2011, in Sterling. Visitation will be until 6 p.m. today, Feb. 22, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 23, at Living Word Church of God, with the Rev. Bob Bailey officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

She was born March 29, 1943, in Lafayette, Ind., to Harold E. and Mildred E. (Keiser) Lintner.

On July 7, 1961, she married Jerry D. Patten in Fort Morgan. They were married 49 years.

Mrs. Patten was a housewife, mother and waitress.

She was a member of Living Word Church of God. She sang with the family band for many years, in church and at family get-togethers.

Mrs. Patten is survived by her husband, Jerry Patten of Sterling; son, Jerry Patten and wife Tami of Atwood, and their children Trey and Maren; son, Robert "Rocky" Patten and wife Tracy of Sterling, and their children Carman, Travis and Samantha and great-grandchild Madison; brother, Eddie Lintner and wife Peggy of Sterling; sisters, Eva Kuhns and husband Sammy of Sterling, Betty Townsend and husband Rick of Ringwood, Okla., Marilyn Belcher of Ames, Okla., Margie Lintner of Atwood; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mildred Lintner.
