Mildred June Fritzler, 94, of Sterling passed away Friday, May 11, 2018 in Sterling. Visitation will be held from 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday, May 17 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am, Friday, May 18 at the First Presbyterian Church with Rev. Michelle D. Witherspoon officiating. Burial will be at the Riverside Cemetery.

Mildred was born June 30, 1923 in Sterling, Colorado to Walter and Christina (Bettger) Hunker. She attended Sterling schools and graduated from Sterling High School in 1941. After graduation she attended NJC. She married Theodore "Ted" Fritzler on December 25, 1943 in Sterling. Mildred worked at the telephone company before becoming an admissions clerk at the Logan County Hospital. She retired from the hospital in 1990.

She will be missed by many family members and her many friends at Devonshire Acres.

Mildred is preceded in death by her husband Ted; parents; brother Mel Hunker and sister Beatrice Bonham.
