Michael Dale Youngman

Michael Dale Youngman, 47, of Sterling, passed away Aug. 9, 2007, in Sterling. His family honored him in a private graveside service at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at Riverside Cemetery in Sterling. Chaney-Reager Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
Mike was born Oct. 1, 1959, to Earl and Esther (Deisher) Youngman in Mt. Carmel, Ill. He attended Sterling High School.
Mike had worked in the oil industry. Currently, he was employed in the service industry for Sodexho at Northeastern Junior College.
His hobbies included watching football, gardening and spending time with his beloved German shepherd, Jessie.
Mike's sense of humor and kind heart will be sadly missed by all that he knew.
Mike is survived by his mother, Esther Youngman; daughters, Michelle Erb and husband Scott, and Melissa Frankenfeld and husband Mike, all of Sterling; son, Howie Youngman of Fort Collins; brother, Gary Youngman and wife Marilyn of Ellinwood, Kan.; two sisters, Penny Propst and husband Ted and Peggy Youngman and friend Mike Webb, all of Sterling; five grandchildren; and family friend, Harold Kautz.
He was preceded in death by his father, Earl Youngman in 1981.
Memorial donations may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association or the Logan Human Society.
