Michael H. Quintana, 63 of Sterling entered into God's loving arms on Saturday, July 16, 2022. He will set up his everlasting home awaiting his wife and children, grandchildren Rowan, Mason and Kennan. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 21, at Trinity Lutheran Church with Reverend James R. Nash as officiant. Inurnment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

You all knew him as Mike or Big Mike. He shoveled your sidewalks, prayed for you, and made you laugh. His siblings Jess, Gary (deceased) and Anita knew him as mom's favorite. He grew up in humble beginnings in Pueblo, CO; the son of Esther & Tony (deceased), helping raise his siblings until he decided to serve his country at the age of 18 as a United States Marine. The Marines made you the man we love today. A man of honor, respect, and integrity. He was honorably discharged from the service and ventured into the grueling task of fatherhood, bringing into this world Michael, Daniel, Desiree and stepson Steven Brady.

Michael taught them unconditional love, work ethic, forgiveness, and faith. Mike gave his life to the railways as a proud, lifelong BNSF engineer.

Mike met his love, Dana and they married in 2008; together building a marriage prioritizing faith, love, and humor.
