Melanie Rayvon Milligan, 41 of Fleming passed away December 21, 2021 in Greeley, CO. Visitation will be from 1 pm to 6 pm, Mon, Dec 27 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 4 pm to 6 pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at 10 am, Tues, Dec 28 at the Fleming United Methodist Church with Alan Elizalde officiating. Burial will follow at the Fleming Cemetery.

Melanie was born in Haxtun, CO on August 4, 1980 to Sam and Melisa Wolever. She attended school in Fleming and received her GED in 1999. She was involved in numerous clubs in High School. After receiving her GED, she then went on to be a mother, Paraprofessional, CNA, EMT, and Volunteer firefighter. She then became a stay-at-home mom for a few years. Then after that she, became a Dental Assistant for Clark Scriven and then Sterling Smiles Dental.

Melanie enjoyed playing softball, cooking, crafting, and cheering on the Oklahoma Sooners. Melanie was affectionately known as daughter, mother, grandma, sister, aunt, and friend. She was so loving and giving to anyone that was in need. Melanie loved her children and granddaughters. She will be missed by so many.

She is preceded in death by her mother Melisa Wolever, grandparents John and Mildred Dodd and Wesley Wolever, and numerous aunts, uncles, and great grandparents.

Melanie is survived by her children, Cheyenne Loney and husband Josh, Mason Brawley, and Faith Milligan; granddaughters Amara Jo and Ruby Jean all of Sterling; father, Sam Wolever Sr. of Fleming; brothers John Wolever of Sydney, NE, Mike and wife Kay Wolever of Juniata, NE; Ben and wife Kim of Malvern, AR and Sam Wolever Jr. of Fleming and grandmother Lois Wolever of Sterling. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, aunts, and friends.
