Obituary

Marilyn Jeanne (Sally Jobe) Rush passed away Mon, March 9, 2015 in Sterling. Memorial service will be 1:30 p.m. Thurs., March 12 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Inurnment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.

Marilyn was born March 26, 1934 in Crook, CO to Harold F. and Stella P. Marshall Jobe. She graduated from Crook High School in 1952 and then attended Colorado Women's College in Denver.

She was the mother of four children, twins Dale and Joan and Daryl and Steve. She was employed with the Sterling Chamber of Commerce, the Ramada Inn, Westminster and in later years with the Senior's Resource Center in Wheatridge, CO.

Marilyn was well known for her love of all kinds of animals, especially dogs and cats. Her greatest love of all, however, was for the Lord Jesus her Savior.

She is survived by her children Joan, Daryl and Steve; brother Gerald Jobe and wife Betty; two nephews Harold "Skip" Jobe and wife Michele and Bill Jobe and wife Cindy; three grandchildren Chris, Brad and Jennifer and six great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, son Dale and brother Norman Jobe.
