Lyle Grant Kingsbury, 56 of Sterling passed away Thursday, October 4, 2018 at his home. A family service will be held at a later date.

Lyle was born October 13, 1961 in Jefferson County, Missouri to Robert Ralph and Dixie Jean (White) Kingsbury. He attended schools in Torrington, Wyoming. Lyle loved the outdoors and liked working with his hands. Lyle married Gerri George in Kansas and they later divorced and he then married Laura Michelle Roth of Sterling and they later divorced.

Lyle is survived by two children, Rita and Cody Kingsbury of Arkansas; three sisters, Faith Pettit and husband Larry of Ponca City, OK, Lydia Harms and husband Lenny of Iliff, CO and Letha Walker of Sterling; brother Carl Kingsbury; nieces, Susan Anderson of Yukon, OK, Justina Martin of Duncan, OK, Abigail Posey and husband Alex of Arvada, CO, Autumn and Ashley of Iliff, CO; nephews, Samuel and Nathaniel of Ponca City, OK, Larry and wife Britney of Denton, TX, Edwin Kingsbury of KS and Mark Reeves of Sterling, CO.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Dixie; brothers, Edwin and Dale Kingsbury; and sister Rita Kingsbury.
