Lorraine Ester (Roth) Henry, 93 of Sterling passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 14, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Lorraine will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.

Lorraine was born December 17, 1927, to David and Millie (Schoenberg) Roth, she was one of nine children. She went to various schools in and around Sterling and graduated from Sterling High School in 1945. She married Royal "Buck" Henry on July 6, 1946, and they were parents to 6 sons.

Lorraine was a member of First English Lutheran Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband Royal Henry and infant son John Marlin Henry; parents David and Millie Roth; sisters Mildred Roth, Viola Strauch, Evelyn Klimper, and Elaine Sibal and brothers Don Roth and Garry Roth.

She is survived by her sons, Trevor Henry and wife Kathy of Sterling, Daniel Henry of Phoenix, AZ, Dallas Henry and wife Marcia of Sterling, Justin Henry and wife Cindy of Sterling and James Henry of Sterling; two sisters, Virginia Brunner and Rosie Diel both of Sterling; eight grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, four step great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
