Lorraine "Dolly" Collette, 89 of Sterling passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 24 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Sterling. Inurnment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.

Dolly was born June 17, 1929 in Minto, North Dakota to Joseph and Stella Riskey. She married Wilmer Collette on April 12, 1950 in Warsaw, North Dakota. Dolly worked many years as a central supply manager at the hospital. She enjoyed cooking, sewing and dancing.

Dolly is survived by her husband of 68 years, Willie; children, Marcia Morey, Paulette Carpenter and husband Jim, Sharon Collette, Sandi McGraw and husband Michael, Michele Starnes and Scott Collette; grandchildren, Preston Carpenter and longtime girlfriend Jamie Gorman, Alicia Conover and husband Michael, Brian Morey and wife Rachel, Brenda Morey, Kelly McGraw, Christopher McGraw and wife Alison, Jocelyne Collette, Mollie Collette and Sarah Starnes; great-grandchildren, Halle, Ashtyn and Jayla Conover and Weston and Reese Morey.

She is preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister and 4 brothers.
