Lola Eileen Herrick, 80 of Sterling, CO passed away Saturday, July 6,2024 at home with her daughters by her side. A funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 12, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with Pastor Jodie Harless officiating. Lola will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.

Lola was born October 21, 1943, in Wray, Colorado to Gerald Jerome and Lola May (Mann) Haskell.

She completed her GED and worked many years as a sales clerk. Lola married Elmer Jerome Herrick on September 24, 1960, in Wray, CO.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Elmer Herrick, son Kevin Herrick, and siblings Benny Haskell, Leon Haskell, Vance Haskell, Clara Haskell, and Alta Haskell.

Lola is survived by her children Kimberly (Bob) Bringewatt of Hershey, NE, Kayleen Miles, Beto Caro  of Mountain Home, ID, and Ronda (Jerald) Cure of Sterling, CO, brother Stanley Haskell of Wray, CO, grandchildren and great grandchildren, Nathan (Angela) Miles and Charlotte and Korbin; Kaleb Miles, and Samantha Desaro and Chelsi, Justyn and Braylin; Shelby Herrick, Mathew Grovenstein; Tanner (Emily) Herrick, Kenneth Briggs and Ezra; Elizabeth Daves; Patrick Yarrington and Shelby Robinette; Kris (Jeff) Steinbeck and Tahlia and Kalan; Greg (Coleen) Bringewatt and Kenna; and Zach, Bryce Cure and special friends Kathy and Bob Schneider and "The Andrews Family."
