Lois Jean Revell

Lois Jean Revell, 78, of Sterling, died Feb. 19, 2008, in Sterling. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 22, at Chaney-Reager, with the Rev. LeeRoy Pickering officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home.
Mrs. Revell was born Dec. 19, 1929 to Charles Wesley Bonser and Orra Teresa (Darnell) Bonser in Crook. She moved with the family to Messex in 1941, and graduated from Roosevelt High School near Messex in 1949.
She moved to Denver and later to Lookout Mountain. In 1955, she moved to Brownson, Neb., and Brule, Neb. She moved to Sterling in September 2006.
On Dec.. 15, 1980, she married Harold Revell in Casper, Wyo. They lived in Kimball, Neb., and Brule. Mrs. Revell continued living in Brule after Harold's death in 1985.
She is survived by her sons, Larry Mitchell and wife Shirley, and Gary Mitchell, all of Sterling; and sister, Edith Roberts of Brush.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Orra Bonser.
