Kimberlee Kay Robinson

Kimberlee Kay Robinson, 56 years old, passed away peacefully from a lengthy illness on Wednesday, May 6, 2026.

Kim was born on October 8, 1969, to John and LeAnne (Schilling) Grabowski in Sidney, NE. She grew up in Sidney and attended high school in Sidney then moved to Alliance NE where she graduated from high school. After graduating from high school, she attended college and completed some college courses.

In 1990 Kim gave birth to her daughter, Danielle, and became a full time mother. Kim met the love of her life Brad Robinson in Alliance in 1999 where they married in 2001 and remained married until her passing. Kim also had an adopted son, Dyllon Robinson, where she became a strong role model and mother for Dyllon

At the age of 33, Kim had some serious medical complications where she received a life changing gift receiving a pancreas and kidney that made her an organ transplant recipient. She was adamant about taking care of her health afterwards which resulted in the transplanted organs to be fully functional until her death. Because of her medical conditions she became a full-time homemaker and parent. In 2015, Kim and her family moved to Sterling, CO where she remained until her passing.

Kim is survived by her husband Brad of Sterling CO, daughter Danielle Berlie of Lincoln, NE, son Dyllon of Bayard, NE, brother John Garbowski of Sidney, NE, granddaughter Brinlee Berlie, and grandson Braxton Hernandez both of Lincoln, NE, and her beloved animals.

Kim was preceded in death by her parents John and LeAnn Garbowski, half-brother John Martin, and her aunt Jerie Obrecht.
