Justin Medrano, 37 of Merino passed away, Saturday, August 26, 2017. A celebration of Justin's life will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 2 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. The service will conclude at the chapel.

Justin was born August 15, 1980 in Sterling, Colorado to David D. and Jodene Sue (Curtis) Medrano. He loved working at the Sterling Redi-Mix as a truck driver. Justin married the love of his life, Desiree Winters in Sterling; they were together almost 20 years. He loved his family, loved music, playing the guitar, fishing and camping. He had the biggest heart and was always worried about everyone.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Sandy Koenig and his mother, Jodene Curtis.

Justin is survived by his wife, Desiree; four children, Curtis, Clarissa, Deamon and Justin "Jay" Jr.; father, Dave Medrano; mother-in-law, Donna Winters; brothers, Dave Jr. and Shaun; sister, Jessica; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
