Joyce Elaine Holland, 82 of Sterling passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020 at home surrounded by her loving family. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 31 at Sterling Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Bill Couchenour officiating. Joyce will be laid to rest at Fleming Cemetery. Joyce's family respectfully requests that no flowers be sent, and contributions be given to David Walsh Cancer Center in care of Chaney-Reager Funeral Home, PO Box 1046, Sterling, CO 80751.

Joyce was born April 18, 1938 in Haxtun, Colorado to Henry J. and Arnola V. (Wertz) Fetzer. Joyce married Billy G. Holland on April 20, 1998 in Bullhead City, AZ. Joyce worked many years as a bank teller and loan officer at the First National Bank in Fleming, CO. She was a member of the Nazarene Church in Sterling and she enjoyed golfing, traveling, attending church and spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her husband Billy G. Holland and parents Henry and Arnola.

Joyce is survived by daughters Leilani J. Malisch and husband Robert of Plankinton, SD, and Jerilee J. Roberts of St. Thomas, USVI; stepchildren Michael Holland and wife Shaun of Custer, SD, Mark Holland and wife Jody of Sterling, CO, and Pamela Stansbury and husband David of Parachute, CO; grandchildren Dustin Roach, Ted Alan Roach, Rodney & Jessica Holland and Houston Stansbury; sisters Janice Mitchell of Cheyenne, WY and Joanne Norman of Victoria, TX.
