Joseph Walter Eads, 96, formerly of Fleming, Colorado died Tuesday, August 1, 2023, in Sterling, Colorado. A private graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Joseph was born February 12, 1927, in Burlington, Iowa to Rollie and Vivian (Mackey) Eads. Joseph worked many years at Holyoke and Fleming High Schools as a custodian. He spent the last years of his life at Sterling Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Joseph is survived by his daughter Penny Eads of Westminster, Colorado, and his 3 other children, sister-in-law Anita Eads of Rockford, Illinois and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
