Obituary
Joseph "Joe" C. Yerton, 42, of Fort Collins, died Oct. 31, 2010, in Fort Collins after battling cancer. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 4, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 5, at Chaney-Reager, with the Rev. Alan Jarboe officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery.
He was born Aug. 11, 1968, in Denver.
He is survived by his mother, Chris Conour and husband James of Sterling; father, Loy Yerton of Torrington, Wyo.; brother, Jessie Yerton of Colorado Springs; family members, Elizabeth Conour of Sterling, Jessica Conour of Portland, Ore., Laci Conour of Sterling, and Jonathan Yerton of Sterling; special aunts, Gloria Lopez of Hemet, Calif., Candi Espinoza of Fort Collins; and many cousins from Fort Collins, California and Las Vegas.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
