JoAnn Steen, 70, of Sterling, died Jan. 12, 2010, in Sterling.
She was born March 28, 1939, in Ardmore, Okla., to Ruby Cook and Pleasant St. John.
In 1969, she married Mack Steen in Kuntz, Texas. They moved to Sterling in 1980.
She is survived by her husband, Mack Steen of Sterling; daughter, Deb Rezac and husband Roger of Dalton, Neb.; sons, Gary Hill and Glynda Green of Bella Vista, Ark., Jeff Steen and wife Cheri of Thornton; sister, Kay Sabol and husband Walt of Virginia; brother, Jimmy St. John of Ardmore; grandchildren, Jim and Ronda Lenzen of Sidney, Dan Lenzen of Vista, Calif., Angela Lenzen of Sidney, Rylee and Hayden Steen of Thornton; great-grandchildren, Kyler Lenzen of Sidney, Azlyn and Raeanne Morales of Sidney.
Mrs. Steen was preceded in death by her parents.
