Jeff D. Loft, 45 of Sterling passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 19, 2021. Visitation and family to receive friends will be held from 5 – 7:00 p.m., Saturday, January 23 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. A celebration of Jeff's life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 30 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with Deacon Ronald Michieli officiating. The service will conclude at the chapel.

Jeff was born May 1, 1975 in Sterling, Colorado to William J. Loft and Diane L. (Decker) Loft. He graduated from Sterling High School and pursued a career in construction. He owned and operated a construction business for many years. He enjoyed woodworking and playing foosball.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Stanley and Willa Decker and William and Katherine Loft.

Jeff is survived by his parents Bill and Diane; children Tara Maestas-Loft, Zach Loft and Haylie Loft; sister Stacey Loft and grandchildren Josiah, Mythias and Livia.
