Helen Jean Kyle, 91 passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 in Sterling. Private family services will be held at a later date.

Jean was born March 5, 1927 in Fleming, Colorado to Orville Herman and Ruth Sarah (Carey) Plog. She graduated from New Haven High school. Jean married Riley Jefferson Kyle June 15, 1948 in Otis, Colorado. She worked at the Brush Hospital for many years as a nurse's aide.

Jean is survived by her sons, Riley D. Kyle of Mesa, AZ, Rick Kyle and wife Beth of Franklin, TN and Gary Kyle and wife Ruby of Greeley, CO; daughters, Kathy Markham and husband Dennis of Twin Falls, ID and Laurie Hart and husband Mike of Merino, CO; sister Willa Rae Warehime of Greeley, CO; 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Riley; brothers, Archie and Eldon and sisters, Evelyn Waldren and Dorothy Hall.
