Obituary
Harvey Seifried, 93, of Sterling, passed away Aug. 21, 2013, in Sterling. Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 23, at Riverside Cemetery, with the Rev. David Loeschke officiating.
Harvey was born Jan. 16, 1920, in New Raymer to Fred and Alvina (Lantz) Seifried. Harvey was a lifetime area resident in the New Raymer and Sterling areas, attending area schools.
Harvey worked on the farm and ranch. He loved animals, especially cats. He enjoyed riding his bike around town and being a very private person.
He was a member of Christian Evangelical Free Church.
He is survived by the Jerry Bauder family.
Harvey was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Howard and Clarence Seifried.
