Obituary
Gretchen Ann Reed, 59 of Sterling, passed away Mon. Mar. 21, 2016 in Sterling. Visitation will be Thurs., Mar. 24 with family to receive friends from 2pm until 6pm at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Memorial service will be Fri., Mar. 25 at 10:00 am at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home with Rev. Ed Bigler III officiating. Service will conclude at the funeral home.
Gretchen was born Nov,. 12, 1956 to Harold Dean and Lydia Kufeldt Hee in Kearney, NE. She graduated from high school and continued her education four more years.
She married Robert E. Reed on Sept. 12, 2014 in Deadwood, South Dakota.
Gretchen was a registered nurse and had worked the past five years at the Regent Park Nursing Home in Holyoke, until her illness forced her to retire.
Gretchen is survived by her husband Robert E. Reed of Sterling and two grandchildren Antonio Cavello and Tanner Cavello.
She was preceded in death by her parents and beloved Nickolas Cavello.
