Gerald Dean Lei, 84 of Julesburg, CO passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020 in Julesburg, CO. Viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday, December 28 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 2:00 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens.

Gerald was born May 2, 1936 in Scottsbluff, Nebraska to Alex G. and Eva (Beahm) Lei. He married Pauline Kay Watson on June 2, 1957. Gerald owned his own construction business and worked for the U.S Mail Postal service until his retirement. After retirement, Gerald did handyman work in the community. He was also an avid golfer.

He was preceded in death by his parents Alex and Eva Lei; siblings Herbert Lei, Arnold, Melvin, Marilyn, Jim, and Caroline.

Gerald is survived by his wife Pauline of Julesburg, CO; children Gary, Ed, Brian, Paula and Dan Lei of Julesburg and Commerce City, CO; siblings Lorraine Shelton of Julesburg, CO, Harvey Lei of Yuma, AZ, Roland Lei, of Eaton, CO, Ernest Lei of Liveoak, FL; grandchildren & great grandchildren Troy, Jacob, Alex, Jessica, Travis, Trevor, Levi, Damin, Davis May, James, Haillie, and Eli Lei.
