Ann Trump, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend passed away peacefully and entered Eternal Glory on Sept. 25, 2009, with her family by her side after a longterm illness. She was 64 years old. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 29, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home in Sterling, with the Rev. Fred Wilcox officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home. Interment at Riverside Cemetery has taken place.
Garsene Ann Trump was born Nov. 16, 1944, to Ross Lindstrom and Garsene Wharry Lindstrom in Sterling. She married Dennis R. Trump on July 29, 1967, in Sterling. They were married for 17 years until his death in 1985.
A longtime resident of Logan County, Ann loved her community, her church family, and her friends. People were important to her. She made a significant impact in the lives of those she met, her family, and friends. She will be dearly missed and not forgotten.
Survivors include her father, Ross Lindstrom of Sterling; sister, Rosslyn Patchin and husband Patrick of Rio Rancho, N.M.; son, Cullen Trump and wife Jeneen and grandaughters, Bryony, Darcy and Camryn of Sterling; son, Devin Trump of Longmont; and son, Shannon Trump and grandson Ryan of Sterling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis; mother, Garsene Lindstrom; and granddaughter, Shaelynn Trump.
