Obituary
Galen B. White, 74, of Sterling, died Nov. 15, 2011, in Sterling. Memorial services 2:00 p.m. Tues., Dec. 6, 2011 at New Beginnings Outreach, Rev. David Baines officiating.
Mr. White was born Aug. 14, 1937, in Torrington, Wyo., to Montey and Myrtle (Spurgin) White. He graduated from high school, then entered the U.S. Air Force, serving from 1955 until his discharge in 1975, a 20-year veteran.
He is survived by his sister, Dixie Kingsbury of Sterling; brother, Boby White of Arizona; nieces, Faith Pettit of Oklahoma, Lydia Harms and Letha Walker of Sterling; and nephews, Lyle Kingsbury and Carl Kingsbury of Sterling.
Chaney-Reager Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
