Obituary
Ethel Mae Plog, 82, of Fleming, died Sept. 7, 2011, in Sterling. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home, with Pastor Jodie Harless officiating. Interment will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
She was born Dec. 22, 1928, in Fleming to Leonard A. and Malinda Elizabeth (Dreier) Hagemeier. She graduated from high school.
On Sept. 5, 1947, she married Archie O. Plog in New Haven.
She was a member of LeRoy
United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Plog is survived by her husband, Archie Plog of Fleming; sons, Terry Plog of Oshkosh, Neb., and Tracy Plog and wife Sue of Brighton; daughter, Tara Plog of Fleming; sisters, Grace Warren of Greenwood Village, Joyce Brehm of San Diego, Calif., Vonnie Boyer of San Diego, Marilynn Quinn of Evergreen; sister-in-law, Ann Hagemeier of Sterling; daughters-in-law, Jan Plog of Oshkosh, Virginia Plog of Sterling; six grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Tommy Plog and Teddy "Ted" Plog.
