Obituary
Esther Carol Ann Palmer Loudder, 57, of Sterling, passed away Feb. 18, 2014, in Sterling. A private celebration of life will be held.
Carol was born Aug. 22, 1956, in Eldorado, Kan., to Wayne Austin and Helen Louise (Leslie) Palmer. She graduated from Sterling High School in 1974, and continued her education for two more years, earning an AA?degree at NJC.
She married Fred Loudder in Sterling and moved to Plattner, where they farmed for many years. They later divorced. Carol moved back to Sterling to care for her mother. She also worked at Sykes for several years.
Carol loved animals, nature and gardening.
She was a very caring person who tried to share her knowledge and insight with others.
Carol is survived by her sister, ViAnn Easter and husband Bill of Twentynine Palms, Calif.; nieces, Sheena Easter of Twentynine Palms, Trisha Waddell and husband Ryan of Yucca Valley, Calif.; and great-nephews, Logan and Brody Waddell of Yucca Valley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Wayne and Helen Palmer; brothers, Chris and Oric Palmer; and great-niece, AnnaLynn Waddell.
