Eric Andrew Faltin was born January 4, 1966 in Tacoma, Washington and passed away in his sleep, Thursday, June 17, 2021 at home in Ft Collins, Colorado. A graveside service will be held in his honor at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 30 ^th at Riverside Cemetery with Bob Duffield officiating.

Eric moved to Eastern Colorado Services in 1991 and attended their day program in Sterling.  Despite the challenges Eric had in his life that kept everyone on their toes, he was best known for his smile, his teasing ways, and his desire to help others when he could. He touched the hearts of so many and led a happy quality life.

Later in life he moved to the front range and had services with Support Inc. He made lots of new friends.  He was lovingly cared for by his host home provider, Tamera Duffy, who will miss him tremendously. The bond they shared was touching.
