Ed was born on February 28 th , 1969 in Minot, N.D, one of six children to bless James and Lois McMahon. He was raised in Arthur, ND until moving to Sterling his senior year of high school, graduating with the class of 1987. Ed was an experienced Welder, talented at his craft and built many projects for his family. He was an amazing storyteller who, no matter how many times you heard the story, always made you laugh. He loved spending time with his son, Andrew, his family and friends, gambling, fishing, watching old Westerns and his Chicago Bears football team. Ed enjoyed building snowmen and doing experiments with his nephew Robert and treasured each of their conversations. Ed was proud of Andrew's accomplishments as well as the accomplishments of all of his nieces and nephews.
Ed will be deeply missed by many friends and family, but we find comfort in knowing that he is welcomed in Heaven by many that have gone home before him. Ed is survived by his son, Andrew and wife Shania McMahon, parents Jim and Lois of Sterling, siblings; Laura and husband Steve Roberts of Windsor, Mary McMahon of Greeley, Kathy and husband Kelley Reinhardt of Sterling, Donna and husband Mark Bothwell of Logan IA. Eddie cherished his nieces, nephews and two great nephews: Kayla Moler and son Wells, Dalton Reinhardt, Ashton Reinhardt and son Ayden, Robert Bothwell, and Johanna Bothwell. Ed was proceeded in death by his friend and brother, John McMahon.
Give Heaven some hell, Eddie….until we meet again, "Late".
