Donna E. Jackson, 90 of Sterling, passed away Tues., June 16, 2015 in Sterling. Visitation will be Thurs., June 18 from 10am until 5pm at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Fri. June 19 at 11am at First Presbyterian Church, interment Riverside Cemetery.

Donna was born Aug. 5, 1924 in North Platte, Nebraska to Harley R. and Myrtle Bergquist Neiswanger. On August 26, 1944 she married Perry L. Jackson in Denver, CO. Donna was an insurance agent with Jackson Insurance Company from 1962 until retiring in 2003.

Donna was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Quota Club. She enjoyed her family and playing bridge.

She is survived by daughters Janice Meltzer and husband Jerry of Lone Tree, CO, Pamela Carlson and husband Larry of Loveland, CO, Cindy Jackson of Centennial, CO; sons Larry Jackson and wife Kim of Sterling and Rick Jackson and wife Mikki of Sterling; grandchildren Scott and Kristie Klemme of Carmel, NY, Michelle and Richard Ruge of Colorado Springs, Michael and Kirsten Carlson of Ft. Collins, Max and Lindsey Jackson of Sterling, Cooper Jackson and fiancé Callie Scalva of Atwood, Dawn and Shane Fable of Denver, Lindsay and Nick Schulze of Prairie Village, KS, Cory and Meghan Jackson of Sterling,Raegen and Joe Alvarado of Thorton and sixteen great grandchildren with two more on the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband Perry Jackson in 1995, infant son Gordon and brother Gale Neiswanger.
