Debora Jean Lancaster, 62 of Sterling, passed away Wed., Sept. 14, 2016 in Sterling. Memorial service will be 2:30 p.m. Fri., Sept. 16 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home, with services concluding at the funeral home.
Debora was born May 28, 1954 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois to Delbert and Mary Lou Marsh Bohler, Sr. She graduated from Sterling High School.
She was a nurse at Devonshire Acres. Debora also worked at the Denver Post and at Gigantic Cleaners for many years. She loved bowling, crocheting, watching movies and the Denver Broncos, playing video games, and especially spending time with her grandkids.
Debora is survived by her daughters Michelle Curtis and husband Jim of Luverne, MN and Jennifer Stone of Greeley, CO; son Steven Stone, Jr. and wife Amber of Denver, CO; sisters Sandy Amen and husband Kenny of Sterling, CO, Ester Haug and husband Ray of Sturgis, SD, and Cheryl Colerick and husband Steve of Sterling, CO; brother Delbert "Ouch" Bohler, Jr,. and wife Mary of Sterling, CO; grandchildren Chelsea Curtis, Ashlinn Curtis, Layne Curtis, Aubree Stone, Shelbee Stone, Stevie Lee Eskew and Tristen Stone and numerous nieces, nephews and other cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents and special friend Alan Wernsman.
