David P. Kane, 69 of Sterling, passed away Wed., Feb. 29, 2012 in Sterling.
Visitation Sun., March 4, 2012 from 1pm until 4pm at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral service Mon. March 5, 2012 at 11am at Calvary Baptist Church with services concluding at the church.
David was born September 13, 1942 in Colorado Springs, CO to Walter D. and Edith Mae Wilson Kane.
David was an over the road truck driver for 37 years.
March 12, 1970 in Brighton, Co he married Maxine Louise Jackson.
He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He enjoyed his animals, country music, talking trucking, working on projects around the garage, and especially enjoyed his family.
David is survived by his wife Louise Kane, Sterling, CO; sons David Miracle and wife Tammy, Greeley, CO; John Miracle and wife Sherald, Sterling, CO; Lonny Kane and wife Heather, Lubbock, TX; and daughter Marie Axtell and husband Dale, Sterling, CO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson, one brother, four sisters and two great granddaughters.
Memorials may be made to the David Kane Memorial.
