David Axel Angel Hernandez, 4 ½ months was called home peacefully in his sleep by the Lord on January 1, 2017 in Sterling. Viewing will be 5:00 p.m. with Vigil Service and Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6:00 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 8, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be, 2:00 p.m., Monday, Jan. 9, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Rev. Michael Bodzioch celebrating. Interment to follow at Riverside Cemetery.

David was born on August 7, 2016 in Sterling, CO to David Guardado Hernandez and LeAnne Marie Manheim. He touched and filled many lives with love and joy during his 4 ½ months of life.

He is survived by his father, David of Denver; mother LeAnne of Sterling; grandparents Peggy Melendez and David Hernandez of Denver, Dave and Nora Butler of Sterling; great grandmother Katie Bauer of Sterling. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

David Axel Angel Hernandez you will always be in our hearts and will now be our guardian Angel until we can join you in heaven.
