Darlene Louise Yordt, 56, of Fleming, died May 17, 2007, in Englewood.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until noon, Tuesday, May 22, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, at Fleming Cemetery.

Mrs. Yordt was born Feb. 4, 1951, to Dorothy Blake in Brush. She graduated from high school.

On July 3, 1987, she married Dale L. Yordt in Palmyra, Mo. She has lived in the northeast Colorado area, except from 1972 to 1996, when she lived in Muscatine, Iowa.

She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed gardening, tending to the animals on the farm in Fleming, especially Maxwell Goldman, the family dog. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Yordt is survived by her husband, Dale Yordt of Fleming; adopted father and step-mother, Philip and Betty Vondy of Brush; mother, Dorothy Wayne of Brush; daughters, Lori Belokopitovs and husband Brad, Connie Bryden and husband Gregg, and Lynsey Sedam and husband Jeremy, all of Muscatine; brothers, Harold Vondy of Sterling, Dave Vondy of Windsor, and Vic Vondy and wife Kim of Sterling; sisters, Phyllis Lawler and husband Tom of Biloxi, Miss., Esther Beardt of Glendale, Ariz., and Gloria Amen of Fort Morgan; and grandchildren, Amber Wilhelm-Bryden, Dalton Belokopitovs, Chasey Sedam, Blake Bryden, Tyler Sedam and Gavyn Bryden.
