Danny 'Dan' Gene Roth
June 16, 1957 - July 13, 2007

Danny "Dan" Gene Roth, 50, of Sterling, died July 13, 2007, in Ogden, Utah. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today, July 17, at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 18, at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Deacon Ronald Michieli officiating. Military rites by American Legion Post No. 20, will follow at Columbine Park Veterans Memorial.

Mr. Roth was born June 16, 1957, to Glenn Gene and Kay Frances (McBride) Roth in Denver. He lived most of his life in northeastern Colorado and attended area schools. He served in the U.S. Navy.

On Feb. 29, 1996, he married Kimberly Maria Unrein.

He loved fishing, camping and spending time with his family.

Mr. Roth is survived by his wife, Kimberly Roth of Sterling; sons, Dakota (Lauren) Roth of Norfolk, Va., and Cole and Danny Roth, both of Sterling; brothers, Lee (Rose) Roth of Sterling, Larry Roth of Washington, Jim Roth and Tom Roth, both of Greeley, Mike (Karen) Tift of Nebraska City, Neb., and Steve (Chris) Savage of Oklahoma; sister, Linda (Jim) Berglund of North Platte, Neb.; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Sandy.
