Colleen Jean Lechman, 70 of Greeley, Colorado passed away Tuesday, November 9, 2021, in Greeley, CO. Viewing will be held from 2 – 6 p.m., Tuesday, November 16 at Chaney-Reager Funeral Home followed by Vigil Service and Recitation of the Holy Rosary at 6 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 17 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Sterling. Colleen will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery.

Colleen was born October 14, 1951, in Julesburg, Colorado to Raymond Joseph Lechman, Sr. and Dorothy Louise (Pingle) Lechman. She was a longtime member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greeley. Colleen enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening and watching sports. She loved spending time with her family and especially her granddaughter and great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sisters Brenda Nation, Christina Williamson and Paulette Zink.

Colleen is survived by her children Trina Sprague, Amanda Sprague, Karla Sprague and Kent Sprague; brothers Raymond Lechman Jr., Gregory Lechman and wife Sharon, Stephen Lechman and wife Connie, Michael Lechman and wife Peggy; sister Marsha Miller and husband Michael King Miller; granddaughter Heleana Sprague and special friend Armando Alvarado and great-granddaughter Elena "Elly" Alvarado.
