Cecil Myers

William Cecil Myers Jr., 85 of Sterling, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026. Viewing will be held from 1 – 5 p.m., Wednesday, June 17 at Halouska Family Chaney-Reager FH. Cremation will take place and he will be buried at Riverside Cemetery.

Cecil was born on March 29, 1941, in Sterling, Colorado to William Cecil Myers Sr. and Lenora (Jankovsky) Myers, He graduated from Sterling High School. Cecil was a long-time employee for Wisdom Manufacturing in Merino, CO.

Cecil was a member of Sterling BPOE Lodge #1336, and he enjoyed playing on a bowling team. He enjoyed watching the Rockies, Nuggets and the CU Buffs.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and a sister.

Cecil is survived by his sister-in-law and his nephew.
